The beauty of the mountains, flora and fauna of Nepal is well known, but you don't need to be an experienced mountaineer to see it. However, the only way to truly experience and appreciate the natural wonders, and the cultural diversity of Nepal is by going on foot. With more than 80% of Nepalese people living in rural locations, trekking gives you the unique opportunity to interact first hand with the real Nepal

The various treks are listed below, together with a grading and typical number of days to complete, given an average fitness level. Please note that in many cases these can be done more slowly or quickly than stated.
Accommodation is typically in teahouse style offering good clean rooms and a choice of Nepalese and European food. Your booking would include transfers, trekking permits, guiding, all accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a porter (1 per 2 people - 15kg max).
